Terms of work
How working together works
Plain terms for every engagement, so you know who you pay, when, and what happens if something goes wrong. Your written scope sits on top of this page; where the two differ, the scope wins.
Who do you contract with?
With me directly: Artiom Graciov, trading as LiftInAI, an independent consultant based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. There is no agency, reseller or subcontractor in between — the person who scopes the work is the person who does it. Every invoice carries my full legal details.
How does an audit start?
You send your domain and three competitors through the contact form or by email. Within one working day I reply with a written scope: prompt-set size, engines, markets, deliverables, start date and a draft prompt set. Scoping is free and commits you to nothing.
The engagement begins when you confirm the scope in writing. A reply to the email is enough; if your company needs its own contract or purchase order, I will work with that.
How is the work paid?
- AI visibility audit, $900: 50% ($450) invoiced when you confirm the scope, and work starts when it arrives. The other 50% ($450) is invoiced when the report is delivered.
- Monitoring and retainers: invoiced monthly in advance. Retainers have a three-month minimum term, then run month to month with 30 days' written notice.
- Invoices: in US dollars, payable within seven days by bank transfer. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
- US clients: I provide a completed W-8BEN on request.
When is the audit delivered?
The audit is delivered within ten working days of the first payment, unless your scope says otherwise.
Delays caused by waiting for answers or access on your side move the date by the same number of days, and I tell you the new date in writing.
Can you cancel?
Before the first payment, at any time and at no cost. After work has started, the first payment covers the work already done and is not refunded. You still receive everything produced so far, including the frozen prompt set and any completed runs. Retainers end with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term.
Who owns the results?
Once an invoice is paid, the report, the backlog, the prompt set and the raw run data from that work are yours to use, share or hand to another consultant. I keep the right to reuse my own methods, templates and tools. Published research uses public data only and never names a client without written permission.
Is what you share kept confidential?
Yes. Anything you share about your company, site or plans stays between us and is used only for your engagement. I am happy to sign your mutual NDA rather than insist on mine. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
What is guaranteed, and what is not?
I guarantee the process: the agreed prompt set, run counts, engines, report format and delivery date. I do not guarantee a position or a mention in any AI answer. Nobody can, and a consultant who promises one is selling certainty they do not have.
My total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it.
