How I handle your data
This site collects the minimum it needs: what you send through the contact form, and aggregate analytics about which pages are read.
Who is responsible for your data?
LiftInAI is the independent practice of Artiom Graciov, based in Chișinău, Moldova. I am the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests go to hello@liftinai.com, and I answer them myself.
What do I collect, and why?
| Data | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form: name, company, work email, your domain and competitors, your message | To reply to you and scope the work you asked about | Up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted |
| Email you send to hello@liftinai.com | To reply and to keep a record of what was agreed | As long as the conversation or engagement is relevant, at most 6 years for invoicing records |
| Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser, collected by Google Analytics 4 with advertising features off. In the EEA and Switzerland it runs only after you accept; elsewhere you can opt out at any time | To understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from | 14 months in Google Analytics |
| Server logs: IP address, time and requested page | To deliver the site and protect it from abuse | Handled by the hosting provider under its own retention |
There is no newsletter, no CRM nurture sequence and no advertising pixel on this site. I never sell or rent personal data.
Who else processes it?
- Netlify (United States) hosts the site and receives contact-form submissions.
- Google (United States) provides Google Analytics and the mailbox that receives forwarded email.
- Porkbun (United States) forwards email sent to hello@liftinai.com.
These providers process data on my behalf. Transfers outside the UK and EU rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
What is the legal basis?
Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal rely on steps you asked for before a contract, and on my legitimate interest in answering business questions. For visitors in the UK, analytics relies on the exemption for analytics cookies used only to improve this site (PECR as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) and on my legitimate interest; you can object at any time with Opt out. For visitors in the EEA and Switzerland, analytics relies on your consent. Server logs rely on my legitimate interest in running and protecting the site.
Which cookies are used?
Only Google Analytics cookies, _ga and _ga_*, which distinguish visits and last up to two years. They are used only to count visits and understand which pages are useful: Google Signals, advertising features and cross-site tracking are switched off. If you click Opt out, the cookies are deleted and Google Analytics switches to cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode), which stores nothing on your device. Visitors in the EEA and Switzerland get cookies only after clicking Accept.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage for 12 months. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, and the site works the same either way.
What are your rights?
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@liftinai.com and I will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
